The system has a centralised database system that controls and manages all processes. Then client programs run on workstations allowing your staff to access the information as required.
Each system user has their own login. This enables them to use any terminal to access the system and then continue working where they left off from. System users can also be allocated different security settings on booking of lessons.
Reports can be created to print out records on clients or client groups, as well as invoices and lesson reminders for clients. For ease of the staff, lesson planning boards can be printed so one can easily see what lessons are happening on certain days. It also enables you to print a timetable for the individual instructors.
