Computer Service Contracts

This service is aimed at small businesses with 1 to 20 computers. With small businesses it is always a comfort to know, that if there are computer problems, help is at hand. With our support contracts we offer a range of support options.
Included as standard is next business working day. Remote system checks are performed weekly and system updates run automatically. If possible help will be provided via email, telephone or via remote connection.

Standard Cover Packages

Basic Package

8 x 5 Support Cover
Normal business working hours
Ł150 per month
Ł40 per hour on-site support
Ł20 per hour off-site support
Offsite first hour without charge
8 hour onsite response time

Basic Plus Package

10 x 7 Support Cover
8am to 6pm Weekdays and Weekends
Ł400 per month
Ł40 per hour on-site support
Ł20 per hour off-site support
Offsite first hour without charge
8 hour onsite response time

All prices exclude UK VAT. Prices correct at time of printing ( 20 / Oct / 2010 ).

Specialized Cover Packages

We realize that our Standard Cover packages may not suit all situations or requirements. There may be dedicated servers that require around the clock monitoring and support. This does not mean that we can't help you. Please contact us for a support cover package to suit your specific needs.
