This is a relatively new product. It was devised to handle all out internal projects and product bug tracking. Since introduction, problems have been solved quicker and project progress has become easier to track. We have now released the system so that others can benefit from its use.

The system is accessed by a web browser, this means it can be easily integrated into an existing Intranet system. Users will be able to instantly see currently assigned tasks and bugs. Users are also able to customise their view to only see their tasks.
Software projects are divided down into sections. Each section can then have any number of tasks or bugs linked to it. Each task or bug can then be assigned or reassigned to members of the team. Tasks or bugs can be listed with full status and current actions shown. All actions are logged by the system. It automatically date/time stamps notes and links to the current system user.

The system also has an inbuilt security setup to control access to projects or sections. The security also allows control of task and bug access and modification. The system is primarily configured to use standard windows domain security so all passwords remain in windows encryption.
The Bug Tracking half of the system can be opened up for client access. This will allow authorised clients to access the system to submit new bugs or problems. Clients can then track the progress of their problem. This process will leave a visible record of the bug history. All bugs are automatically assigned bug log numbers, the format of this number can be customised.

The system is designed to inherit your company branding, the company name and logo are used in all output screens. As the system uses web browsers for access, many hundreds of users can simultaneously access the information stored.
