The Intranet Group Calendar does this for you, using information from Microsoft Exchange server and then producing a well laid out calendar display. This system is made up of 2 parts. The first actively obtains the calendar information from the Exchange Mail system. The second reads the obtained information and displays it to the end user.

The image left shows a sample of a department employees calendar. This is showing the current week, with the current day highlighted in red. It shows a day by day view. When clicking on a specific day for any employee the view will refresh with a full day view for the employee.

The image right shows the current users calendar for the forthcoming week. If any of the days are clicked on, it will jump to the full day view.
