The SkiSlope Lesson Manager Software system is a computer programme that enables easy lesson management of a ski slope. The system will produce daily schedules for instructors and for slopes. The management system will handle a variety of scenarios and is customisable for each installation.

This program will store information on all clients and groups that visit the SkiSlope for lessons or parties. It can produce mail shots depending of the criteria you give, for example informing all local schools of special offers or reminders of birthday treats.

The system stores information on slope space and instructor availability. With this information and any currently booked slots, the system will show only the available time slots for booking lessons. The system will not allow any double booking, so lesson conflicts will not happen.

The system has a centralised database system that controls and manages all processes. Then client programs run on workstations allowing your staff to access the information as required.

Each system user has their own login. This enables them to use any terminal to access the system and then continue working where they left off from. System users can also be allocated different security settings on booking of lessons.

Reports can be created to print out records on clients or client groups, as well as invoices and lesson reminders for clients. For ease of the staff, lesson planning boards can be printed so one can easily see what lessons are happening on certain days. It also enables you to print a timetable for the individual instructors.
